British rising star, 19 year old Rosie Day is to star in a new romcom feature film All Roads Lead to Rome directed by Swedish director Ella Lemhagen, and starring Sex in the City's Sarah Jessica Parker.
Rosie will play the rebellious teenage daughter of Maggie, played by Sarah Jessica Parker. Maggie, an uptight woman and her former Italian lover, Luca, go on a road trip across scenic Italy pursuing Maggie’s daughter, who is trying desperately to return to New York.
Rosie (represented by Troika) was one of Screen International Stars of Tomorrow 2013, she played the lead in acclaimed indie horror The Seasoning House, and will next be seen in Norwegian feature Heart of Lightness, and Paul Hyett's next horror Howl.
